Hey! I'm Harriet—a certified nutrition coach, Level 2 fitness instructor, and undergrad nutritional therapist.
I live for wellness and thrive on a good night’s sleep, a sweaty workout, a wholesome breakfast, and a black americano!
I have had the pleasure of coaching nearly 100 women and my method combines three pillars: Nutrition, Mindset, and Movement. Harriet's Health Club is the place to feel supported and inspired to fuel your body with goodness and treat yourself kindness. From healing your gut health to feeling sexy AF in that LBD, I know how to get results!
Along with my nutritional knowledge, my positive mindset is what has enabled me to fulfil my dream life in Dubai and I can't wait to impart more of this wisdom to help you live your best life and in the body you love!
